  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Instant Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip

    Prepare Ingredients:

    • Thaw and drain the frozen chopped spinach.

    • Chop the artichoke hearts.

     

    • Instant Pot Sauté:

    • Set the Instant Pot to "Saute" mode.

    • Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper in the Instant Pot.

     

    Sauté and Mix:

    • Sauté the mixture for a few minutes, stirring constantly until the cheeses are melted and the ingredients are well combined.

     

    Pressure Cook:

    • Switch off the "Sauté" mode.

    • Lock the Instant Pot lid and set it to "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" mode for 5 minutes.

     

    Quick Release:
