You Will Need
For The Dressing
3/4 Cup Real Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Salad Dressing Mayonnaise
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 TBSP Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
For The Salmon
1 Salmon Fillet (diced after cooking)
2 TBSP Butter
1 TBSP Lemon Juice (drop it right in your pan over fish)
1/4 tsp salt (divided)
1/4 tsp Pepper (divided)
For the Salad (Mixing it all together)
1 Cup Celery (sliced thin)
1/2 Pack Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)
1/2 Cup Cheese (plus some for top)
1/4 tsp Cilantro
2 Cups Garden Rotini Pasta
1/2 Package 16 oz Imitation Crab meat
3 Cups Water

Directions
In a bowl mix together Real Mayonnaise, salad dressing, Soy Sauce, Sugar, ,Garlic Salt, and Black Pepper (mix well)
Add pasta to your instant pot with water, place your lid on, make sure you are on sealing and not venting, press manual (or pressure cook) for 12 minutes with an instant release.
Drain and let cool in refrigerator for 30 min. Set aside.
In a pan on your stove top add Butter, lemon juice and salt and pepper (1/4 tsp divided on both sides) In other words, 1/4 tsp pepper for both sides, so half of 1/4 per side) Make sure both sides are browned and cooled.

To your sauce, add celery thin, cherry tomatoes, crab, salmon mix well. Add pasta when completely cooled and mix well.
Mix in pasta and 1/2 cup of cheese, then sprinkle some cilantro (dry) on top and extra shredded cheese.
