Monday:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt parfait with layers of granola, mixed berries, and a drizzle of honey
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and balsamic vinaigrette
Dinner: Baked salmon with lemon and herbs, roasted sweet potatoes, steamed asparagus
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Whole grain toast with smashed avocado, poached eggs, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes
Lunch: Turkey and Swiss cheese club sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise
Dinner: Bacon Spaghetti with a side of garlic bread, garden salad
Wednesday:

Dinner: Margherita pizza with a side of mixed greens and vinaigrette
Saturday:
