Paleo Baked Salmon with Dill and Lemon

Ingredients:


  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

  • Fresh dill sprigs (for garnish)


Instructions:


  1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  1. Prepare the Salmon:

  • Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and rub minced garlic on each piece.

  1. Season the Salmon:

  • Sprinkle chopped dill evenly over the salmon.

  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  1. Add Lemon Slices:

  • Place lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.
