Greek Yogurt Parfait with Raspberries and Blueberries (or choose own fruits)
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup granola (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste. Adjust the sweetness according to your liking.
Start layering your parfait. Begin with a couple of spoonful's of Greek yogurt at the bottom of your glass or bowl.
Add a layer of raspberries on top of the yogurt.
Add another layer of Greek yogurt.
Sprinkle some blueberries over the yogurt layer.
Add a generous layer of granola for some crunch.
Repeat the layers until you reach the top of your glass or bowl.
Continue layering with Greek yogurt until you reach the top.
Finish off with a final layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
Lastly, generously sprinkle a handful of mixed berries over the granola to add a burst of freshness.
