Greek Yogurt with Raspberries and Blueberries

Greek Yogurt Parfait with Raspberries and Blueberries (or choose own fruits)


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup granola (homemade or store-bought)


Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste. Adjust the sweetness according to your liking.

  • Start layering your parfait. Begin with a couple of spoonful's of Greek yogurt at the bottom of your glass or bowl.

  • Add a layer of raspberries on top of the yogurt.

  • Add another layer of Greek yogurt.

  • Sprinkle some blueberries over the yogurt layer.

  • Add a generous layer of granola for some crunch.

  • Repeat the layers until you reach the top of your glass or bowl.

  • Continue layering with Greek yogurt until you reach the top.

  • Finish off with a final layer of granola on top of the yogurt.

  • Lastly, generously sprinkle a handful of mixed berries over the granola to add a burst of freshness.
