Instant Pot

and Crock pot

Pork Chili

You Will Need:

2 pounds pork cut into large chunks- a little bigger than Bite-Size

2 TBS Oil (I used vegetable oil)

1/2 cup Beef Broth

1 Can Red Chili Beans(drained not rinsed)

1 Medium/large Onion (diced)

1 Can Seasoned Pinto Beans

(drained not rinsed)

2 TBS Minced Garlic

1 TBS Onion Powder

1 29 oz can Tomato Sauce

1 TSP Brown Sugar

4 TBS Chili Powder

2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Cumin

1 TBS Paprika

2 Cans Diced Tomatoes 15oz
(1 reg)

(1 fire-roasted) 16oz can

2 TBS chopped Jalapeno~

1 Cup Fiesta Cheese

3 Bean Pork Chili

Additional Toppings- (optional)

Shredded cheese.

Sliced avocado.

Shredded lettuce.

Sliced olives.

Chopped tomatoes.

Guacamole

Crushed tortilla chips.

Salsa (extra-spicy!)

Pork Chili Instant Pot Directions:

1. Start by cutting your pork into chunks, a little bigger than bite-sized pieces. 

2. Add Pork to instant pot and add oil, minced garlic, salt, onion powder, cumin, Paprika, mix well and turn the saute on.

3. Brown Pork when pork is halfway browned add the onion, Saute for 3 to 4 min until the onion is covered in the seasonings.

4. Add Tomato Sauce, scraping the bottom as you stir.

5. Add brown sugar, chili powder, diced tomatoes, drained chili beans, seasoned pinto beans, beef broth, and Jalapeno's~ then mix well.

6. Place your lid on, make sure you are on sealing and not venting

7. Set timer for 11 min (manual high pressure OR pressure cook) Instant Release

8. When your pressure valve goes down, open your lid, add cheese. Stir and                                                     

 ENJOY~

Serve with Tortilla Chips and toppings of your choice.

Pork Chili Crock Pot Directions:

1. Start by cutting your pork into chunks, a little bigger than bite-sized pieces. 

2. Add Pork to Skillet to brown along with oil.   minced garlic, salt, onion powder, cumin, Paprika, mix well and turn the heat to medium.

3. Brown Pork, when pork is halfway browned add the onion, Saute for 3 to 4 min until the onion is covered in the seasonings.

4. Add pork and onion to your crock pot and add Tomato Sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, diced tomatoes, drained chili beans, seasoned pinto beans, beef broth, and Jalapeno's~ then mix well.

6. Place your lid on and cook 4 hours on high and 6 to 8 hours on  low, When done add cheese to the top and cover until melted.

 ENJOY~

Serve with Tortilla Chips and toppings of your choice.
