Our bbq Stir-Fry with Shrimp and pineapple packs this stir-fry full of flavor without tons of time or effort! Simple and fast, you can serve over noodles or rice. Sweet pineapple and tangy barbecue Chinese-style shrimp make for a grown-up version of a sweet and sour stir-fry. You can use fresh or canned pineapple.

You Will Need

4 Cups Fresh Pineapple (or 1 canned, drained)

1 8oz Bag Sugar Snap Peas

2 Red Bell Peppers Cubed

3 tbs Butter

1/2 Cup Of Your favorite BBQ Sauce

1 16oz bag medium shrimp

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

If using fresh pineapple (cube)

If using Canned Pineapple (drain)

Remove tails from shrimp and set aside. 

Add 3tbs of butter to a medium skillet. Add your cubed pineapple, your 8oz bag of sugar snap peas and your red bell pepper.  Cook on medium heat for 10 min or until vegetables are almost soft. 

Add your shrimp and your BBQ sauce and simmer for another 5 to 8 minutes. 

Remove from heat, serve with rice or noodles and enjoy!
