Instructions
Boil the Hamburger:
-
Place the hamburger in a pot and add enough water to cover it.
-
Use a Hamburger Chopper to cut the meat into very small pieces.
-
Continue chopping until the meat is in small, uniform pieces.
Drain and Transfer:
-
When the Keto Taco Hamburger is almost done but still slightly pink, drain it well.
-
Transfer to Skillet:
-
Transfer the chopped taco meat to a skillet.
Season the Meat:
-
Season the meat with Fiesta Extra Fancy Taco Seasoning, salt, and pepper.
-
Continue Chopping and Mixing:
-
Use the Hamburger Chopper to continue cutting the meat into small pieces while mixing in the seasonings.
-
Keep chopping and mixing until the seasonings are completely combined with the taco meat.
Cook Until Done:
-
Cook the taco meat in the skillet until it's fully done and has absorbed the flavors of the seasoning.
-
If the mixture appears dry, you can add a little water and simmer for a few more minutes to enhance the flavors.
Taco Assembly:
Prepare Cheese Crust:
-
In a non-stick skillet, spread a full handful of Cheddar cheese, forming it into a circle.
-
Butter one side of a Mission Carb Balance Tortilla and lay it over the cheese (butter side up).
-
Flip the Cheese:
-
After about 40 seconds, carefully flip the tortilla, ensuring the cheese stays intact. It's okay if the cheese gets crispy.
-
Add Keto Hamburger Taco Meat:
-
Use a handful of the prepared Keto Hamburger Taco Meat, placing it in a circle over the cheese (about 1/2 cup).
-
Add shredded lettuce and another 2 or 3 pinches of cheese.
Fold and Cook:
-
Gently fold one side over and let it sit for about 1.5 minutes.
-
Place your fingers on the top of the opening, and with a spatula, flip the taco. If fillings fall out, scoop them back in.
Brown Both Sides:
-
Continue to flip and let the taco get browned on both sides. Scoop filling back into the tortilla each time you flip.
-
Garnish:
Garnish with sour cream and Taco Bell's Mild Sauce.
Enjoy your delicious Quick and Easy Keto Tacos!

Incorporate fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley to enhance the overall freshness of the tacos.
Include Low-Carb Salsas:
-
Look for or prepare keto-friendly salsas with ingredients like tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and lime juice to add a zesty kick.
Watch Portion Sizes:

Keep Tacos Warm:
-
Warm your tortillas just before serving to enhance their flavor and texture. You can do this in a dry skillet or in the oven for a short time.
Enjoy Freshly Made:
