  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the hamburger.

  • Break up the meat with a spoon or spatula and cook until it's mostly browned.

  • Turn off sauté mode and drain any excess fat from the Instant Pot.

  • Add Fiesta Extra Fancy Taco Seasoning, Salt, and Pepper to the Instant Pot with the partially cooked hamburger.

  • Mix the seasonings with the meat thoroughly.

  • Set the Instant Pot to manual (pressure cook) mode and cook on high pressure for about 5-7 minutes.

  • Once the cooking cycle is complete, perform a quick release.

  • Open the Instant Pot and stir the taco meat. If there's excess liquid, you can use the sauté mode to evaporate it.
