Back when I was living in Colorado, there was this restaurant that served the most amazing chicken wings, especially the ones with garlic butter. They quickly became my all-time favorites. But when I moved to Texas, I realized we didn't have that restaurant here, and I started missing those wings like crazy!

So, I decided to try and recreate the recipe myself, and let me tell you, not only did I manage to make them just as good as the ones from that restaurant, but I honestly think they turned out even better! The garlic butter recipe I came up with, paired with our special Zesty Italian seasoning blend, is an absolute winner.

If you're a fan of buttery garlic wings like I am, you've got to give this recipe a shot. These wings are truly out of this world, and I think you'll love them just as much as I do!

Honey Garlic Wings:

  • Combine honey with the garlic butter for a sweet and savory glaze. Brush this mixture over the wings during the last few minutes of baking or broiling.

Lemon Herb Wings:

  • Add the zest of one lemon and a tablespoon of fresh chopped herbs like rosemary or thyme to the seasoning mix for a citrusy and herbal flavor.

Asian Fusion Wings:

  • Toss the baked wings in your favorite buffalo sauce (mild, medium, or hot) for a classic Buffalo wing flavor. You can also make your own sauce by mixing hot sauce, melted butter, and a dash of vinegar.

Ranch Dressing Wings:

  • Instead of Parmesan cheese, coat the wings in crushed ranch-flavored potato chips for an extra crunch and ranch seasoning.

Teriyaki Wings:

  • Marinade the chicken wings in a teriyaki sauce for a few hours before baking, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

BBQ Wings:

  • Season the wings with a barbecue rub and bake them until crispy. After baking, toss them in your favorite barbecue sauce for a sweet and smoky flavor.

Cajun Spice Wings:

  • Replace the Italian seasoning with a Cajun seasoning blend for a spicy and bold flavor. Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Mango Habanero Wings:

  • Combine mango puree with minced habanero pepper and a touch of lime juice for a sweet and spicy glaze. Brush this over the wings during the last few minutes of cooking.
