You Will Need
1 Pound Sausage
1 Pound Hamburger
1 Onion
2 TBSP Oil
1 TBSP Onion Powder
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Salt
1 Package Taco Seasoning
1 Package Chili Seasoning
1 can Cream of Celery
1 Can Cream of Chicken
1/2 Heaping Cup Sour Cream
1 Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
2 TBSP diced Jalapenos (optional)

How to make Instant Pot Step-by-Step Doritos Cheesy Taco Casserole Recipe:
Prepare the Meat Mixture

Turn on the sauté function on your Instant Pot (or use a stovetop skillet). Add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 pound of hamburger, 1 pound of sausage, 1 diced onion, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of pepper, and 2 teaspoons of salt.

Sauté the mixture until the meat is almost browned, and the onions become translucent.
Flavor with Seasonings and Tomatoes

Add a can of fire-roasted tomatoes (do not drain), 1 package of chili seasoning, 1 package of taco seasoning, and 1/2 cup of water to the pot. Stir well and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Add Creamy Elements

Add 1 can of cream of celery and 1 can of cream of chicken to the mixture. Also, add 2 tablespoons of diced jalapenos if you want to make it spicy. Mix everything thoroughly in the Instant Pot.
Prepare the Casserole

Slightly crush the Doritos and set them aside.

In a baking dish, start with a layer of slightly crushed Doritos.
