What’s better than regular butter? Garlic butter! This spread is rich, buttery, and has a savory garlic flavor. It’s quick to stir together, and it lasts for days in the refrigerator. Keep it on hand for slathering onto bagels and toast, tossing with noodles, smothering baked potatoes, and more. It’s such an easy way to jazz up the flavor in everyday meals.

You Will Need

4 Sticks Unsalted Butter

1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 TBS Italian Herb Stir In Paste

2 TBS Minced Garlic (you can also use roasted garlic.)

1 tsp Of Our Italian Seasoning Blend

Directions

1. Wait till butter is room temperature and mixable.

2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and blend with a mixer or by using a wooden spoon, or plastic spatula. 

3. Store in an airtight container. 

Note: You can add 2 TBS Parsley flakes to this recipe to give it more color.

I've used this simple recipe for years to make garlic bread, steaks, and seafood. I've also used it on pasta and potatoes! Really, anything you need a great garlic butter recipe for. To make a great garlic butter sauce, all you need to do is simply heat it on the stove, or in the microwave and it's ready for dipping!

Storage:  Garlic butter can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Let thaw overnight in the refrigerator before using.

How to Use Garlic Butter

There are so many ways to use this garlic butter! Here are a few of my favorites:

  • Spread it onto French bread for a yummy side dish, snack, or appetizer. 

  • Use it to make garlic bread. 

  • Let it melt over mashed potatoes. It’s fantastic in my Ranch mashed potatoes

  • Dollop it into my Parmesan Potato Bites. Or on baked sweet potatoes  or simply on baked potatoes.

  • Toss it with pasta to make a quick garlic butter sauce. Garlic Butter noodles don’t get better than this.

  • Spoon it over simply cooked veggies for even richer flavor

  • Slather it onto our jalapeño cornbread, The perfect side dish for almost any meal!

  • Rub it over our corn on the cob

  • Or spread it onto a toasted bagel for a quick, delicious breakfast.
